Bonfiglioli's mission is to design, produce and market transmission units with the best management in terms of environmental protection, product quality, and efficiency and economy of process. Specially, our goals are:
- To be a lean/flexible/ synergistic/collaborative and innovative partner.
- To consolidate and expand our leadership and presence on the international market, with strong efforts addressed to insufficiently protected markets and new, emerging markets.
- To continuously increase our know-how and organization to guarantee maximum customer satisfaction.

Environmental Policy Statement 2004
- Consider tomorrow today - and act accordingly
- To safeguard the future, the natural basics of life must be protected. Every individual must contribute to maintain our habitat for future generations.
We have therefore made the protection of the environment a permanent objective of company policy. We are always trying to improve products and processes for the benefit of our customers. Here we pay special attention to the handling of existing resources and continuously reduce pressures on the environment. This is a dynamic process of sustained improvements. Above all, we motivate and inform our employees so that each and every one of them is environmentally aware and is able to make a contribution to the overall result. This environmental policy statement records the current state of our contribution to environmental protection and how we would like to proceed until publication of the next environmental policy statement in 2005.
